This is the short, plain-English version of how I handle your data when you visit Dr. Night or order something through this site. I keep things minimal on purpose.
01Who I am
Dr. Night, based in Helsinki, Finland. Reach me at hello@dr-night.com for any privacy question.
02What I collect
I only collect what I need to deliver what you ordered:
- Your email address (so I can reach you about your order).
- Anything you choose to share in the order form: video link or upload, context, fitness info for coaching.
- Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — I never see your card details.
- Basic technical data (IP, browser) is logged by Vercel for hosting and abuse prevention.
03Why I use it
- To deliver your reaction video or coaching service.
- To contact you about your order.
- To keep the site running and secure.
No profiling, no automated decision-making, no selling your data to anyone.
04Who else sees it
Only the processors I need to actually run the service: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel Blob (video uploads, when you use the upload option). They're bound by their own privacy obligations.
05How long I keep it
Order records are kept as long as accounting law in Helsinki, Finlandrequires (typically 6 years). Coaching communications are kept while you're a client and a reasonable time after. Uploaded videos are deleted once the reaction has been delivered.
06Your rights
You can ask me to show, correct, or delete the data I hold about you, or to stop using it for something specific. Email hello@dr-night.com and I'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.
07Cookies
The site uses only the essentials needed for it to work. No third-party advertising cookies.
08Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
