Refund Policy

Short version: reaction videos are non-refundable; coaching can be cancelled anytime but the current month is non-refundable once it's started. The longer version is below.
01Reaction videos
Reaction videos are custom digital work made just for you. Once your order is paid, the work is reserved and scheduled, so all reaction-video orders are non-refundable.
The exceptions:
- If I'm unable to deliver your reaction for reasons on my side, I'll refund you in full.
- If your submission breaks the rules in the terms (illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit material), I'll refuse the job and refund you in full.
02Coaching
Coaching is a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime — just email me — and no further charges will be made.
The current billing period is non-refundable once coaching has started for that month, since the work (program, check-ins, messaging access) is already in motion.
If something exceptional happens — illness, injury, family emergency — get in touch and I'll do what's fair.
03How to request a refund
Email hello@dr-night.com with your order email and what happened. I'll respond within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
04Chargebacks
If something feels wrong, please email me first — chargebacks are slow and expensive for both of us. I'd rather just sort it out directly.
